Cam Nicholls is a cycling coach, content creator, and the Founder and Managing Director of the Road Cycling Academy (RCA) — an international road cycling coaching business based out of Queensland, Australia.

Cam first took up road cycling in 2009 as a way to keep fit, and what started as a casual hobby quickly became a passion. After joining a bunch ride in Melbourne, he was hooked. Over the years he raced competitively, progressing from an average B Grade club rider to a competitive A Grade amateur cyclist — all while juggling a corporate career, two young kids, and no more than 8–10 hours of training per week. That personal journey became the foundation of everything RCA stands for.
