Why we built RCA BikesOnline from the ground up
RCA BikesOnline was born from the Road Cycling Academy with a clear purpose: to create a high-performance racing environment that supports personal growth and community, both on and off the bike.

The Road Cycling Academy (RCA) is an international road cycling coaching business working with recreational and amateur cyclists who are committed to long-term self-improvement. While sustainability, community, and personal growth sit at the core of everything we do, the creation of RCA BikesOnline is a direct expression of two of those values in action: personal growth and community.

Bio
RCA Head Coach- my role involves managing the coaches within the RCA which includes education, general support and communication. I also manage general business admin and strategy alongside Cam. I also coach directly, looking after a range of different services within our coaching models. From direct one to one coaching to supporting our members who use the off the shelf plans.
Dylan Proctor-Parker
RCA’s Community Manager
Bio
Dylan is the RCA’s Community Manager, working closely with Road Cycling Academy members on our membership platform. From a racing perspective, Dylan was previously with continental cycling team ARA Kit Capital, and in 2026, finished third in the Australian National U23 Road Race Titles. Dylan now represents the RCA Race Team with a view to progress his cycling career into overseas opportunities.
Craig Wiggins
RCA’s Social Media
Bio
Craig is the RCA’s Social Media Manager and also runs the @RCAraceteam Instagram account. In addition to his social media skills, Craig was an elite sprinter for continental race teams, St George and ARA Skip Capital, for a number of years. While some misfortune struck Craig during this period, he had some amazing wins at the Tour of Langkawi and also the Nosa HotDog Criterium, Australia’s largest criterium. In his late twenties now, Craig brings a wealth of experience to the team and can still produce some serious numbers.

The team welcomes riders from the Queensland racing scene who share the same values. Through structured support, shared accountability, and exposure to high-level racing, the team aims to foster meaningful development for every rider involved, not just results on race day.
